【摘要】 目的:研究托拉塞米对急性心力衰竭患者心衰症状控制率及容量控制指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年3月本院收治的急性心力衰竭患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同,将60例患者分为对照组(29例,呋塞米治疗)与观察组(31例,托拉塞米治疗)。比较两组症状控制率及用药安全性,以及两组治疗前、治疗7 d后24 h尿量、体重、左心射血分数。结果:治疗前,两组24 h尿量、体重、左心射血分数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,与对照组比较,观察组症状控制率高、24 h尿量多、体重轻、左心射血分数高、安全性高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心力衰竭患者给予托拉塞米治疗,可以控制心衰症状,增多尿量、减轻体重,改善血流动力学及心功能,且临床用药安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of torasemide on heart failure symptom control rate and volume control index in patients with acute heart failure.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with acute heart failure who were received in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 was used as the research object.According to different treatment plans,patients were divided into a control group (furosemide treatment,29 cases) and an observation group (torasemide treatment,31 cases).The symptom control rate and medication safety of the two groups were compared,and the 24 hour urine volume,body weight,and left heart ejection fraction of the two groups before treatment and after 7 days were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in 24-hour urine volume,body weight,and left heart ejection fraction between the two groups (P>0.05);after 7 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher symptom control rate,more urine in 24 hours,lighter weight,high left ventricular ejection fraction,and high safety,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acute heart failure are treated with torasemide.It can control heart failure symptoms,increase urine output,reduce body weight,improve hemodynamics and cardiac function,and has high safety on the drug use clinically.更多还原
