痹祺胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎患者炎症反应及骨关节炎评分的影响
Effect of Biqi Capsule Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in Intra-articular Injection on Inflammation and WOMAC Score of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
【摘要】 目的:探讨痹祺胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎患者炎症反应及骨关节炎评分(WOMAC)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月—2020年6月于我院就诊的80例膝骨关节炎患者临床资料,将42例采用痹祺胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗患者纳入观察组,将38例单用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗患者纳入对照组,两组均治疗6周,比较两组临床疗效、WOMAC评分及炎症水平。结果:治疗6周后,总有效率观察组(92.86%)明显较对照组(71.05%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组WOMAC评分及IL-1、TNF-α、MMP-3水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者采用痹祺胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗效果较好,可有效降低WOMAC评分及炎症反应,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Biqi Capsule Combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection on inflammatory response and osteoarthritis score (WOMAC) in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The data of 42 patients treated with Biqi capsule combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate were included in the observation group,and the data of 38 patients treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate were included in the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,WOMAC score and inflammatory level were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group (92.86%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.05%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the WOMAC score and the levels of IL-1,TNF-α and MMP-3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Biqi capsule combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively reduce WOMAC score and inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of promotion.
