【摘要】 目的:应用PDCA思维提高门、急诊处方合格率,提高药师五项能力,促进医院合理用药。方法:运用PDCA思维方法,依据药品说明书、《处方管理办法》《中国国家处方集(化学药品与生物制品卷)》《北京市医疗机构处方专项点评指南(试行)》《中华人民共和国药典·临床用药须知》及《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则(2015版)》、质子泵抑制剂专家共识等相关法律法规及规章制度,随机抽取我院2018年11月至2019年2月门、急诊处方共计2 066张进行审核及点评。结果:处方的合格率由原来的65.16%提升到94.65%,药师五项能力也得到明显提升。结论:运用PDCA思维对提升处方合格率,提升药师五项能力及促进医院合理用药有显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To apply PDCA thinking to improve the qualified rate of outpatient and emergency prescription,improve the five abilities of pharmacists,and promote rational drug use in hospitals.Methods:A total of 2 066 outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital from November 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected for review and comment by using PDCA thinking method,according to the relevant laws,regulations and rules,such as drug instructions,prescription management measures,national prescription collection of China (volume of chemical drugs and biological products),guidelines for special comments on prescriptions of medical institutions in Beijing (Trial),Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China-instructions for clinical use of antibiotics (2015 Edition),consensus of proton pump inhibitors and other relevant laws and regulations system.Results:The qualified rate of prescription increased from 65.16% to 94.65%,and the five abilities of pharmacists were also significantly improved.Conclusion:The application of PDCA thinking has significant effects on improving the qualified rate of prescription,enhancing the five abilities of pharmacists and promoting rational drug use in hospitals.更多还原
