【摘要】 目的:观察分析¹³¹I联合左甲状腺素钠对甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者预后的影响。方法:选取本院（在2017年9月—2019年9月）收治的60例甲状腺乳头状癌患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(应用¹³¹I联合左甲状腺素钠治疗方法)和对照组（单纯应用左甲状腺素钠治疗方法）,每组均为30例。采用统计学分析两组甲状腺乳头状癌患者治疗前后的甲状腺功能指标（促甲状腺激素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸、甲状腺过氧化酶酶抗体、甲状腺蛋白抗体）以及远处转移率、淋巴结转移率、复发率以及三年内存活率。结果:两组甲状腺乳头状癌患者治疗前甲状腺功能指标比较无统计学意义（P > 0.05）,治疗后实验组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的甲状腺功能指标明显优于对照组（P < 0.05）;实验组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的远处转移率、淋巴结转移率、复发率明显低于对照组（P < 0.05）,实验组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的三年内存活率明显高于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论:¹³¹I碘联合左甲状腺素钠可显著提高甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者的预后效果,积极改善甲状腺功能指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of ¹³¹Iodine combined with levothyroxine sodium on the prognosis of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma after operation.Methods:60 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in our hospital （from September 2017 to September 2019） were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (¹³¹Iodine combined with levothyroxine sodium) and control group （treated with levothyroxine sodium alone）,with 30 cases in each group.The thyroid function indexes （thyroid stimulating hormone,free triiodothyronine,free tetraiodothyronine,thyroid peroxidase enzyme antibody,thyroid protein antibody） and distant metastasis rate,lymph node metastasis rate,recurrence rate and three-year survival rate were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in thyroid function indexes between the two groups before treatment （P > 0.05）,but after treatment,the thyroid function indexes （thyroid stimulating hormone） of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P > 0.05）.The results showed that the levels of free triiodothyronine,free tetraiodothyronine,thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyroid protein antibody in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group （P < 0.05）;the distant metastasis rate,lymph node metastasis rate and recurrence rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P < 0.05）,and the three-year survival rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P < 0.05）.It was higher than that in the control group （P < 0.05）.Conc lu sion:¹³¹Iodine combined with levothyroxine sodium can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma after operation,and actively improve the index of thyroid function.更多还原
