体内碎石机高压储能电容快速充电电源的设计

【摘要】 目的:研制体内碎石机高压储能电容快速充电电源,以使碎石机连续输出碎石高压电脉冲。方法:采用两级2倍压整流电路级联构成电源整流电路,各级整流电路采用变压器不同绕组独立供电;为降低对电容耐压值的要求,采用2只电容串联构成储能电容;为保障电容串联后各电容分压值均等,在电容两端并联电阻,构成电阻分压电路。同时设计由继电器和泄放电阻组成的安全保护电路,保证人员安全。结果:该电源可输出2 kV直流电压,对碎石机高压储能电容充电时间小于1 ms,可满足连续输出碎石高压电脉冲的要求,提高了碎石效果。结论:该电源设计简单易行、成本低,性能指标可满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a quick charging power supply for the high-voltage energy storage capacitor to facilitate the intracorporeal lithotripter to output high-voltage electrical pulse continuously. Methods Two-stage voltage multiplier rectifier circuits were cascaded to realize power supply rectifying, of which, each was fed independently by one transformer with its winding different from that of each other; to reduce the requirement of capacitance withstand value, two capacitors were connected in series to form an energy storage capacitor; to ensure that the voltage dividing value of each capacitor was equal after the capacitors were connected in series, resistors were connected in parallel at both ends of the capacitors to form a resistor series voltage dividing circuit. At the same time, a safety protection circuit composed of a relay and a discharge resistor was designed to ensure personnel safety. Results The power supply output 2 kV DC voltage and had the charging time of the high-voltage energy storage capacitor of the lithotripter less than 1 ms, which met the requirement of continuous output of high-voltage electrical pulse of the lithotripter and improved the lithotripter effect. Conclusion The power supply designed gains advantages in convenience and low cost, and has the performance index meet the design requirements. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(11):26-29]
