毛竹林不同浸提液对浙江楠幼苗生长的影响研究
Study on the Effects of Different Extracts from Phyllostachys Edulis Forest on The Growth of Phoebe chekiangensis Seedlings
【摘要】 为探讨毛竹林不同浸提液对一年生珍贵树种浙江楠的化感效应和作用规律,分别用毛竹新鲜枝叶、凋落物、林下0~20cm土壤和根系4部分浸提液浇灌浙江楠幼苗,以蒸馏水处理作为对照,分析浸提液质量浓度分别为0.01、0.02、0.025、0.05、0.1g/mL处理下浙江楠幼苗生长指标(苗高、地径)、生物量、光合生理指标(光合参数、气孔导度、叶绿素荧光参数及叶绿素含量)的化感效应。结果表明,0.1g/mL的毛竹新鲜枝叶、凋落物浸提液对浙江楠幼苗的生长呈现抑制规律,0.05、0.025、0.02g/mL的毛竹新鲜枝叶、凋落物浸提液对浙江楠幼苗的生长呈现促进规律;0~20cm土壤、根系浸提液对浙江楠幼苗的生长均呈现促进规律;毛竹林浸提液均降低了浙江楠幼苗的F_v/F_m、F_v/F_o值;当4种浸提液浓度降低为0.01g/mL时,其抑制或促进效果均不显著。在实际的竹阔混交林生产过程中加大人为管理,在毛竹生长季打梢,适当清理地面上的凋落物。研究结果为竹阔混交林的生产经营提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to research the allelopathic effect and law of different extract Phyllostachys edulis forest on annual precious species Phoebe chekiangensis seedlings.The seedlings of P.chekiangensis were irrigated with the extracts from four parts,fresh leaves,litter,0-20 cm soil and roots under the forest of Ph.edulis respectively with the distilled water treatment serving as control.The allelopathic effects of extract concentration on growth indexes(seedling height,ground diameter),biomass and photosynthetic physiological indexes(photosynthetic parameters,stomatal conductance,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content)of P.chekiangensis seedlings treated with 0.01,0.02,0.025,0.05 and 0.1 g/mL were analyzed.The growth of P.chekiangensis seedlings was inhibited by 0.1 g/mL extract of fresh leaves,litter which from Ph.edulis.The growth of P.chekiangensis seedlings was promoted by 0.05,0.025 and 0.02 g/mL extract of fresh leaves,litter which from Ph.edulis;0-20 cm soil and root extract promoted the growth of P.chekiangensis seedlings;Meanwhile,the Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values of P.chekiangensis seedlings were decreased by the extracts.When the concentration of the four extracts was reduced to 0.01 g/mL,their inhibition or promotion effects were not significant.Man-made management should be strengthened in the production of bamboo-broad-leaved mixed forest.People can not only prune Ph.edulis but also clean up the litters on the ground.To provide reference for the production and management of bamboo-broad-leaved mixed forest.
