钛镁锡复合物对PVC长期热稳定性的影响
Effect of Titanium Magnesium Tin Compound on PVC Long-Term Thermal Stability
【摘要】 制备了硫醇甲基锡、硬脂酸镁和VB6改性TiO2多组分复合稳定剂,并在PVC薄膜中进行了应用加工试验,在195°C和氮气气氛下测定了PVC释放氯化氢的电导率-时间曲线。结果表明,室温储存375d后该PVC薄膜的长期热稳定性不但未下降,耐热性反而显著提高,且明显优于对照样。
【Abstract】 Methyl tin thiolate,magnesium stearate and VB6 modified TiO2 multi-component composite stabilizer were prepared,and applied processing experiments were carried out in PVC film. The hydrogen chloride released by PVC was measured at 195°C and nitrogen atmosphere. The conductivity-time curve shows that the long-term thermal stability of the PVC film has not decreased after storage at room temperature for 375 days,but the heat resistance has been significantly improved,and it is significantly better than the control.
