FAAS测定凉山优势水果中铜铁含量
Determination of Fe,Cu in Liangshan dominant fruit by FAAS
【摘要】 介绍了一种湿法消解——火焰原子吸收光谱法测定凉山州优势水果苹果、脐橙、草莓中的铜铁含量的方法。将样品用浓硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)做溶剂处理,放置过夜,然后加热消解,采用标准曲线法测定。结果表明:苹果、脐橙、草莓中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素。该方法简便、快速,相对标准偏差不超过4.6%,加标回收率为92.2%~102%,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Wet Digestion—Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was introduced to investigated the content of copper and iron in Liangshan superior fruit apple,orange and strawberry.The sample was treated with concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(4 + 1) overnight,then heated for digestion,and the content was determined by standard curve method.The results show that apples,oranges and strawberries are rich in essential trace elements for human body.This is a simple and rapid method,the relative standard deviation is less than 4.6%,and the recovery is 92.2%-102%,the results are therefore satisfactory.
