基于生物完整性指数的把边江河流生态健康评价

【摘要】 把边江流经区域生境条件复杂,生物多样性丰富,其水生态系统健康对于云南和下游国家越南意义重大。基于生物完整性指数的把边江河流生态健康评价,可为流域的水生态保护和生物多样性研究提供重要数据支撑。在水生态调查的基础上,本文选取生物完整性指数中的大型底栖动物完整性指数(Benthic-index of biotic integrity,B-IBI指数)作为评价方法,通过指标数值范围分析、判别能力分析与冗余分析,从27个备选指标中筛选出EPT分类单元数、改进的Shannon多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数、最优势分类单元个体百分比、敏感类群分类单元数、敏感类群个体百分比、刮食者个体百分比、BMWP指数共8个指标作为核心指标体系,用比值法计算得出各采样点B-IBI分值,根据分位值法确定把边江流域的B-IBI评价等级。评价结果显示:(1)把边江流域的整体健康状况相对较好,37个采样点中健康等级占5.41%,亚健康等级占比29.73%,一般等级占24.32%,差为21.62%,极差占18.92%;(2)从空间分布看,源头和中段(源头—把边乡)河流状况较好,把边乡以下河段健康状况整体变差。支流整体优于干流,非城镇周围优于城镇周围。(3)运用B-IBI指数对把边江河流生态健康的整体评价,参照点普遍优于干扰点,结果有较好的区分度和适用性,对河流水生态的分区分段保护与管理有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 The water ecosystem health of the international river Babian,which flows through the region under complex habitat conditions and rich biodiversity,that is of great significance to Yunnan province and the downstream country Vietnam.The evaluation of river ecological health based on Biotic Integrity Index can provide important data support for the study of ecology and biodiversity in the river basin.Based on the water ecological investigation,Benthic-index of biotic integrity(B-IBI)was selected as the evaluation method.Through the analysis of the numerical range of the index,the analysis of discriminative ability,and redundancy analysis,from the 27 candidate indicators,eight index such as the Number of EPT taxon units,Improved Shannon diversity index,Margalef richness index,Percentage of the most dominant taxa individual,Number of sensitive taxa,Percentage of sensitive taxa,Percentage of scraper individuals,and BMWP index were used as the core index system of B-IBI,and the ratio method was used.The B-IBI score of each sampling sites was calculated,and the B-IBI evaluation level of the Babian River basin was determined based on the 95% quantile of the reference sites.The evaluation results show that:(1)The overall status of the Babian river basin was health,with the 37 sampling sites accounting for 5.41% Health,29.73% Sub-Health,24.32% General,21.62% Unhealth and 18.92% Severely Unhealth respectively.(2)River health status of the upper reach from source to Wenjing Town was good overall,but the middle reach from Wenjing to Babian Town was inferior,and the lower reach was improved below Babian Town.The tributaries status was generally better than that of the main stream,and the sites near urban area usually in poor health compared to other land use conditions.(3)Using the B-IBI index for the ecological health evaluation of the river,the results had a good differentiation and applicability,the reference sites are generally better than the disturbance sites,which could be provided as a reference for the protection and management of river water ecology.
