【Abstract】 Government trust is essentially a broad political principal-agent relationship based on executive power between the public and the government. Because of the information asymmetry and the existence of rational economic man hypothesis, the development of public resources and the major interest relationship in which public expectations and actual cognitive differences inevitably exist,caused the government trust problems. The traditional view holds the point that the core of government trust construction lies in the government’s own capacity building, which is less involved in the research on the external public perception and supervision mechanism. We believe that the construction of government trust in the process of development of public resources needs to maintain the equal status of the public, government and external control mechanism, and the influence of circular interaction.更多还原
