【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环干预在住院病案管理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年7月至2019年6月收治的住院患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例。对照组采用常规病案管理干预,观察组采用PDCA循环干预,比较两组病案质量和管理效果。结果观察组的病案质量高于对照组,病案返修率、投诉率低于对照组,患者满意度以及七日病案上交率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院病案管理中应用PDCA循环干预可以提高病案质量和管理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation intervention in the management of inpatient medical records. Methods 112 inpatients were selected in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019. They were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases in each group. The control group were intervened by routine medical record management, while the observation group were intervened by PDCA circulation. Results The quality of medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the rate of repair and complaint of medical records was lower than that in the control group, the patients’ satisfaction and the rate of seven day medical records submission were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle intervention can improve the quality and management effect of medical records.更多还原
