【摘要】 目的分析基于"互联网+"的临床药学服务在提高公众用药安全性中的作用。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年3月开展基于"互联网+"的临床药学干预的480例慢性病患者作为观察组,另选取2018年1月至2018年12月开展常规药学干预的480例慢性病患者作为对照组。比较两组的用药依从性、错误用药发生情况、干预满意度及用药健康知识掌握程度。结果观察组的用药依从性良好率为97.71%,明显高于对照组的79.79%(P<0.05)。观察组的错误用药总发生率为0.83%,明显低于对照组的3.13%(P<0.05)。观察组的干预满意度为98.75%,明显高于对照组的89.79%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的用药健康知识掌握程度评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于"互联网+"的临床药学服务可提高公众用药安全性,减少错误用药发生率,促使患者准确用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the role of clinical pharmaceutical care based on "Internet+" in improving the safety of public medication. Methods A total of 480 patients with chronic diseases who received clinical pharmaceutical care based on "Internet+" in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as observation group, and 480 patients with chronic diseases who carried out routine pharmaceutical intervention from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as control group. The medication compliance, medication errors, intervention satisfaction and mastery of medication health knowledge were compared between the two groups. Results The good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was 97.71%, which was significantly higher than 79.79% inthe control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of medication errors in the observation group was 0.83%, which was significantly lower than 3.13% in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction of the observation group was 98.75%, which was significantly higher than 89.79% in the control group(P <0.05). After the intervention, the scores of mastering medication health knowledge in the two groups increased, and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical care based on "Internet + " can improve the safety of public medication, reduce the incidence of wrong medication, and encourage patients to use medication accurately.更多还原
