依达拉奉辅助去大骨瓣减压术治疗急性大面积脑梗死的临床效果

【摘要】 目的分析依达拉奉辅助去大骨瓣减压术治疗急性大面积脑梗死的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2019年5月我院收治的60例急性大面积脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用去大骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用依达拉奉辅助治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组PI、RI均降低,Vd、Vs均升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SOD、GSH-Px水平均升高,MDA水平均降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组GCS评分均升高,NIHSS评分均降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组预后优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉辅助去大骨瓣减压术治疗急性大面积脑梗死效果显著,能够有效改善患者脑血流动力学指标和氧化应激水平,促进患者神经功能恢复,对患者疾病预后起着积极的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of edaravone assisted decompressive craniectomy in the treatment of acute massive cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute massive cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with decompressive craniectomy, and the observation group was treated by edaravone on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, PI and RI in both groups decreased, Vd and Vs increased, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,SOD and GSH-PX levels in both groups increased, MDA level decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, GCS score of both groups increased, NIHSS score decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The good prognosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Edaravone assisted decompressive craniectomy is effective in the treatment of acute massive cerebral infarction, it can effectively improve the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes and oxidative stress, promote the recovery of neurological function, and plays a positive role in the prognosis of patients.
