【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐联合丁苯酞治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的效果。方法选择我院2013年1月至2019年7月收治的158例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机将其分为观察组(79例,盐酸多奈哌齐片+丁苯酞软胶囊)和对照组(79例,盐酸多奈哌齐片)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清NSE、hs-CRP水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MoCA、FCA各项评分及总分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Barthel指数评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联合丁苯酞治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的效果显著,能改善患者的认知功能,提高日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral stroke. Methods A total of 158 patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral stroke admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(79 cases, donepezil hydrochloride tablets + butylphthalide soft capsules) and control group(79 cases, donepezil hydrochloride tablets) by drawing lots method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, serum NSE and hs-CRP levels of the two groups significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, MoCA and FCA scores, total scores of the two groups increased, and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the Barthel index score of the two groups increased, and that of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral stroke has a significant effect, it can improve the cognitive function of patients and the ability of daily living.更多还原
