【摘要】 目的探究基于护理程序的整体护理干预在急性前葡萄膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院38例急性前葡萄膜炎患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其随机分为试验组和参照组,各19例。参照组给予常规干预,试验组在参照组基础上给予基于护理程序的整体护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,试验组的SDS、SAS评分低于参照组,疾病认知程度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的遵医行为、CLVQOL评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的可靠性、有形性、反应性、移情性、保证性评分均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于护理程序的整体护理干预应用于急性前葡萄膜炎患者中,能提高患者对疾病的认知程度,缓解不良心理情绪,提升遵医行为,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure in patients with acute anterior uveitis. Methods A total of 38 patients with acute anterior uveitis in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to the order of admission,with 19 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine intervention, while the experimental group was given holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedures on the basis of the reference group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and the score of disease cognition degree was higher than that in the reference group(P <0.05).After intervention, the compliance behavior and CLVQOL scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of reliability, tangibility, responsiveness,empathy and assurance of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure applied to patients with acute anterior uveitis can improve the disease cognition degree, relieve the bad psychological emotions,enhance the compliance behavior and improve the quality of life.更多还原
