【摘要】 目的观察自拟中药含漱方结合谷-核-E方案治疗灼口综合征(BMS)的临床效果。方法收集2017年6月至2019年12月在佛山市中医院口腔医疗中心门诊治疗的80例BMS患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用自拟中药含漱方+谷-核-E方案治疗,对照组采用生理盐水含漱+谷-核-E方案。比较两组患者治疗前、后的疼痛改善程度。结果治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者的VAS评分均显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯西药治疗,自拟中药含漱方结合谷-核-E方案具有缓解BMS患者口腔黏膜疼痛的显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-create prescription of traditional Chinese medicine gargle and oryzanol-riboflavin-Vitamin E in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome(BMS). Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with BMS treated in the outpatient department of the stomatological medical center of Foshan hospital of TCM from June 2017 to December 2019 were collected, and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with selfcreate prescription of traditional Chinese medicine gargle+oryzanol-riboflavin-Vitamin E, and the control group was treated with normal saline gargle+oryzanol-riboflavin-Vitamin E. The degree of pain improvement before and after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS scores of patients in both groups significantly reduced, and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with western medicine alone, the self-create prescription of traditional Chinese medicine gargle and oryzanol-riboflavin-Vitamin E has a significant effect on relieving the pain of oral mucosa in patients with BMS.更多还原
