【摘要】 目的探讨后环M形钢板联合前环固定治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2018年6月收治的29例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,所有患者后环均采用M形钢板固定,20例患者前环采用钢板固定,9例患者前环采用外固定架固定。结果 29例患者术后平均随访时间(11.5±5.4)个月,平均手术时间(65.3±17.7)min,平均骨折愈合时间(13.2±2.1)周。骨折复位Matta标准评定:优19例,良7例,可3例,优良率为89.7%。术后功能根据Majeed评分系统:优18例,良7例,可4例,优良率为86.2%。结论后环M形钢板联合前环固定治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折,具有微创、稳定性好、适应证广、操作简单、手术时间短、并发症少等优点,临床疗效显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of M-shaped plate fixation combined with anterior pelvic ring fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture. Methods The clinical data of 29 patients with unstable pelvic fracture admitted from June 2012 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The posterior ring fixation of all patients were M-shaped plate fixation, the anterior ring fixation of 20 patients were plate fixation, and the anterior ring fixation of 9 patients were external fixation. Results The postoperative average follow-up time of 29 patients was(11.5±5.4) months, the average operation time was(65.3 ±17.7) min, and the average fracture healing time was(13.2 ±2.1) weeks. According to Matta assessment criteria, reduction of fracture was excellent in 19 cases, good in 7 cases, medium in 3 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 89.7%. According to Majeed criteria, the postoperative functions was excellent in 18 cases, good in 7 cases, medium in 4 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 86.2%. Conclusion M-shaped plate fixation combined with anterior pelvic ring fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures has the characteristics of minimally invasive, good stability, wide indications, simple operation, short operation time and less complications, it can obtain significant clinical efficacy, which is worth spreading.更多还原
