【摘要】 目的比较保守治疗与置换术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的72例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方法将其分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组给予保守治疗,研究组给予置换术治疗。比较两组并发症发生情况、临床效果、患者对治疗效果的满意度。结果研究组的关节疼痛、肌肉坏死、关节僵硬及运动功能障碍等并发症的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,研究组的治疗总有效率为91.7%,显著高于对照组的69.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对治疗效果的满意度为94.4%,显著高于对照组的72.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论置换术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎,具有见效快、安全性高的优势,同时能够提高患者对治疗效果的满意度,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of conservative treatment and replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly. Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects. According to the method of random distribution, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative treatment, and the study group was treated with replacement. The complications, clinical effect and patients’ satisfaction with the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The incidences of complications such as joint pain, muscle necrosis, joint stiffness and motor dysfunction in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After one month of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than 69.4% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The patients’ satisfaction with the treatment effect in the study group was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than 72.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly has the advantages of quick effect and high safety.
