【摘要】 目的探讨重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法将120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组(60例,重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入)和对照组(60例,利巴韦林)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的退热、咽痛消失及疱疹消散时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+水平及CD4~+/CD8~+均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎效果显著,有助于患儿各临床症状改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-1 b in the treatment of herpangina in children. Methods A total of 120 children with herpangina were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases, aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-1 b) and control group(60 cases, ribavirin).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of antipyretic, disappearance of pharyngeal pain and disappearance of herpes in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3~+, CD4~+, CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferon α-1 b is effective in the treatment of herpangina, which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of children.更多还原
