【摘要】 目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)在全腹腔镜下脾切除贲门周围血管离断术(LSPD)围手术期的应用效果。方法将2015年1月至2018年6月在我科行LSPD的121例患者根据入院先后顺序编号分为干预组(n=61)和对照组(n=60)。干预组接受ERAS护理,对照组接受常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组的术后通气时间、术后下床时间、术后疼痛评分、术后住院时间及患者满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS理念在LSPD患者围手术期的应用效果显著,有利于患者康复,安全有效,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) in the perioperative period of laparoscopic splenectomy and pericardial devascularization(LSPD). Methods A total of 121 patients who received LSPD in our department from January 2015 to June 2018 were divided into intervention group(n=61) and control group(n=60) according to the number of order of admission. The intervention group received ERAS nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative ventilation time, postoperative getting out of bed time, postoperative pain score, postoperative hospital stay and patients’ satisfaction score of the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion ERAS concept application in the perioperative period of LSPD patients has a significant effect, it is conducive to patient rehabilitation, and is safe and effective, which is worth promoting.更多还原
