【摘要】 目的探究宫颈癌患者接受一年治疗后生存质量状况的真实感受。方法采用现象学研究法,自制半结构访谈提纲,对陕西省肿瘤医院妇瘤科11例接受治疗一年后的宫颈癌患者进行深度访谈,触及其内心深处对自身生存质量的真实感受和想法。基于Nvivo软件对语音资料进行编码分析,并提取关键词。结果提炼出六个主题:确诊时的情感冲击;对宫颈癌认知欠缺;治疗一年后的症状体验;疾病对患者工作及社交的负面影响;疾病对患者家庭的影响;疾病对患者心理的双重影响。结论接受治疗一年后,疾病仍在患者生理、心理、社交、家庭和性生活等方面有着消极影响。作为护理人员,我们应加强对患者身心状况的关注,积极开展针对性地康复指导,提高宫颈癌患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the real feelings of quality of life of cervical cancer patients after one year of treatment. Methods The phenomenological research method was used to list a self-made semi-structured interview outline.In-depth interviews with 11 patients after a year of treatment in gynecology and oncology department of Shaanxi provincial cancer hospital to touch the real feelings and thoughts of their own quality of life. Based on Nvivo software, the speech data was encoded and analyzed, and the key words were extracted. Results Six themes were extracted: emotional shock when confirmed; lack of knowledge of cervical cancer; symptom experience after one year of treatment; negative effects of disease on patients’ work and social interaction; the influence of disease on patients’ families; the double influence of disease on patients’ psychology. Conclusion After one year of treatment, the disease still has a negative impact on the physical,psychological, social interaction, family and sexual life of patients. As nurses, we should pay more attention to patients’ physical and mental conditions, actively carry out targeted rehabilitation guidance, and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.更多还原
