【摘要】 目的分析研究腹部超声应用于输尿管中下段结石诊断的临床价值。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月期间在我院治疗的输尿管中下段结石患者,共计110例,以上患者均采用2种方法进行诊断,即X线尿路平片检查、腹部超声诊断,比较两种方法的诊断效果。结果 X线尿路平片检出中段结石21例、下段结石46例,总检出率为60.91%;腹部超声检出中段结石29例、下段结石69例,总检出率为89.09%。可见,腹部超声的总检出率较X线尿路平片的检出率高(P<0.05)。结论相对于X线平片检查而言,腹部超声应用于输尿管中下段结石的诊断率更高,临床价值更高,可以为临床治疗提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosing middle and lower ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 110 patients with middle and lower ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected. All patients underwent X-ray urinary tract examination and abdominal ultrasound diagnosis to compare the diagnostic effects of the two methods. Results X-ray plain radiographs detected 21 cases of middle calculi and 46 cases of lower calculi, with a total detection rate of 60.91%; abdominal ultrasound detected 29 cases of middle calculi and 69 cases of lower calculi, with a total detection rate of 89.09%. It can be seen that the total detection rate of abdominal ultrasound was significantly higher than the detection rate of X-ray urinary tract plain film(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with plain X-ray examination, the diagnosis rate of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral stones in the middle and lower segments of the ureter is higher and the clinical value is higher, which can provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.更多还原
