医用X射线个人防护用品检测管理
Inspection Management of Medical Radiation Personal Protection Product
【摘要】 目的为保障放射诊疗工作人员、患者和公众的健康权益,医疗机构需要配置合适的医用X射线个人防护用品,并定期进行质量检测。方法本文介绍符合浙江省综合医院等级评审标准的医用X射线个人防护用品检测管理模式,包括管理制度、标准操作流程、图像处理方法和合格判断标准。结果通过图像处理可以有效提取医用X射线个人防护用品的裂缝,并计算出破损区域面积大小,根据合格判断标准判断医用X射线个人防护用品的合格性。结论通过建立医用X射线个人防护用品管理体系,可以使得定期质量检测结果可追溯。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to protect the health rights and interests of radiation diagnosis and treatment staff, patients and the general public, medical institutions should order appropriate medical X-ray personal protective equipment and conduct quality testing regularly. Methods This article introduces the inspection and management mode of medical X-ray personal protective equipment that meets the evaluation criteria of general hospital in Zhejiang Province, including the management regulations, standard operating procedures, image processing methods, and qualification judgment standards. Results Through image processing, the cracks of medical X-ray personal protective equipment can be effectively extracted, then the size of the damaged area can be calculated, and the qualification of medical X-ray personal protective equipment can be judged according to the qualification judgment standard. Conclusion By establishing a medical X-ray personal protective equipment management system, the results of regular quality inspections can be traced back.
