透析用水处理系统的基本组成与日常维护管理

【摘要】 目的日常血液透析治疗过程中会存在许多对透析患者有影响的物质,需要使用经专门净化的透析用水来有效减少血液透析相关的不良反应,因此需要了解水处理系统的基本构造及日常维护管理来确保该系统的正常稳定运行。方法对目前国内血液净化中心(室)普遍比较常用的水处理系统组成结构及原理进行详细了解及比对,制定详细的日常监测及维护保养的可行方案。结果通过熟知透析用水处理系统的结构组成、日常的规范操作、监测以及落实年度维护保养,从而有效保障了水处理系统日常运作的稳定性。结论水处理系统是一个高成本、系统自动化程度较高且运行较复杂的系统,对水处理系统的检修必须由设备厂商的专业维修人员进行,血液净化中心(室)须配备专职透析临床工程师,规范的操作及维护保养能够使得在透析治疗期间水处理系统发生故障的几率降低。

【Abstract】 Objective In the daily hemodialysis treatment process, there are many substances that have an impact on dialysis patients, so it is necessary to use dialysis water specially purified to effectively reduce the adverse reactions related to hemodialysis. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the basic structure and daily maintenance management of the water treatment system to ensure the normal and stable operation of the system. Methods The structure and principle of the water treatment system which was commonly used in the blood purification center(room) in China was understood and compared detailly, and a detailed plan for daily monitoring and maintenance was made. Results The stability of the daily operation of the water treatment system was effectively guaranteed by being familiar with the structure and composition of the water treatment system for dialysis, daily standard operation, monitoring and implementation of annual maintenance. Conclusion Water treatment system is a high cost and complicated system a high degree of automation and operation system, the maintenance of water treatment system should be carried out by the equipment manufacturer of professional maintenance staff, blood purification center(room) should be equipped with full-time dialysis clinical engineer, standardized operation and maintenance can make during dialysis water treatment system to reduce the risk of failure.
