【摘要】 目的为了使医院医疗设备采购机制更完善、更科学、更透明,提升医疗设备采购的科学性、合理性、效益性、客观性。方法通过对医疗设备采购绩效指标体系进行研究,结合医院实际情况,利用层次分析法及模糊综合评价法开发一套医疗设备采购绩效评价管理系统。结果采用DELPHI平台,结合Access数据库进行系统开发,系统功能以模块化形式展现,为用户提供便捷的操作体验。结论采购绩效评价系统的建立促进了招标采购工作的规范化和标准化,达到较好的采购效果,最终实现采购目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to make the procurement mechanism of medical equipment in hospital more complete, more scientific and transparent, enhance the scientificity, rationality, efficiency and objectivity of medical equipment procurement. Methods Through the research on the performance index system of medical equipment procurement, combined with the actual situation of the hospital, a set of performance evaluation management system of medical equipment procurement was developed by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Results The DELPHI platform combined with the Access database was used for system development. The system functions were displayed in a modular form to provide users with convenient operating experience. Conclusion The establishment of procurement performance evaluation system can promote the standardization of bidding procurement work, achieve better results of procurement, and achieve procurement objectives ultimately.更多还原
