【摘要】 目的提出一套新型有效的针对呼吸道传染病的应急医用防护物资调配机制,以更高效地应对呼吸道传染病,防止院内交叉感染。方法通过文献查阅,结合实践经验,总结形成物资调配机制并展开讨论。结果形成了一套针对呼吸道传染病的包含应急医用防护物资模块化分级分配、备货方案与院内外联动的调配机制。结论本文提出的应急医用防护物资调配机制能够给临床医护人员提供及时有效的防护物资,减少医护人员感染,提高传染性疾病防控诊治的效率,为其他医疗机构应急物资调配机制的建立提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To deal with respiratory infectious diseases more efficiently and to prevent cross-infection in hospitals via proposing a new and effective emergency medical protection material deployment mechanism for respiratory infectious diseases. Methods A material allocation mechanism was formed and discussed through literature review and combined with practical experience. Results A set of deployment mechanisms for respiratory infectious diseases had been formed, including modular hierarchical distribution of emergency medical protection materials, stocking strategy and the coordination of the combination of the hospital and outside. Conclusion The emergency medical protection material deployment mechanism proposed in this paper can provide timely and effective protection for clinical medical staff, reduce infection of medical personnel while improving the efficiency of infectious disease prevention and treatment, and provide reference to medical institutions.更多还原
