基于物联网技术的全院级医疗设备数据采集管理平台建设与实践

【摘要】 目的规范医疗设备数据的采集,实现全院级医疗设备数据的信息化整合和使用。方法通过物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)技术设计适合智慧医院的医疗设备数据采集网络和传输模组。并选择我院NICU以及CCU的30名护士作为研究对象,分别在平台应用前后对研究对象进行问卷调查,探究平台的实际应用效果。结果医疗设备数据采集管理平台应用后不仅统一了临床医疗设备进行数据采集、传输、存储的标准,而且明显减少了护士整合医疗数据的工作时间和遗漏情况并明显提高了护士的满意度(P<0.05)。结论基于IoT技术的全院级医疗设备数据采集管理平台实现了医疗设备与院内系统的实时连接,从而提高了医护人员的工作效率和医疗质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To standardize the collection of medical equipment data and realize the information-based integration and use of hospital-wide medical equipment data. Methods Based on the Internet of Things(IoT) technology, medical device data acquisition network and transmission module suitable for smart hospitals were designed. A total of thirty nurses from NICU and CCU in our hospital were recruited. And carrying on the questionnaire survey to the nurses to explore the practical effect of the platform, before and after the application of the platform. Results The medical equipment data acquisition management platform not only unified the standards for collection, transmission and storage of medical equipment data, in addition, the working hours and omissions of nurses when integrating medical data were significantly reduced and the satisfaction of nurses were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion The medical equipment data acquisition management platform based on the IoT technology has achieved real-time connection of medical equipment to hospital system, thus improving the work efficiency of medical staff and medical quality.
