大型干煤粉气化炉渣口缺陷分析和结构改进

【摘要】 对在用干煤粉气化炉运行中渣口出现的问题,如渣口盘管耐火材料脱落、销钉磨损严重、渣口盘管裂纹缺陷以及盘管泄漏,进行了初步分析和探讨。通过分析发现,优化渣口结构和加强盘管与销钉的焊接质量控制是解决目前渣口缺陷问题的可行方法和途径。提出改进型渣口结构并进行了数值模拟,结果表明改进型渣口粗合成气的温度分布、流速、冲刷以及涡流情况均优于原渣口结构。

【Abstract】 Problems with the slag tap during the operation of pulverized coal gasifier,such as slag tap refractory dropoff of slag tap coil,serious studs abrasion,tube cracking and coil leakage,were analyzed and discussed preliminarily.Based on the analysis,it was found that optimizing the slag tap structure and controlling the welding quality of coil and studs were feasible and effective methods and ways for solving the slag tap defects.Furthermore,the modified slag tap structure was proposed and studied by the method of numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the temperature distribution,velocity profile,abrasion and vortex situation of the modified slag tap structure were all better than the original one.
