高压液化气体管束式集装箱基本安全要求的几点考虑
Research on Key Technology of High Pressure Liquefied Gas Bundle Container
【摘要】 随着我国电子信息产业的迅猛发展,硅烷、三氟化氮、氧化亚氮等电子气体也得到了快速发展和应用。但是,由于硅烷等介质属于易燃、易爆,且还会发生相变爆炸的危险,给社会公共安全带来不可忽视的威胁。因此,针对充装上述三种介质的管束式集装箱,分别对管束式集装箱的材料选择、设计参数的选取、装卸管路系统、阀门接头型式和安全泄放装置的设置要求等方面展开相关研究工作,为我国制定相关标准和专项技术要求提供理论与实践依据。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s electronic information industry,nitrogen trifluoride,silane,nitrous oxide and other electronic gases have been rapidly developed and applied. However,silane and other media are inflammable and explosive,and have the risk of explosion that may occur due to phase transition,which brings unignorable threat to public security. Therefore,in view of the tube bundle container filled with the above three media,relevant researches were carried out in terms of material selection,the selection of design parameters,loading and unloading of piping system,valve joint type and installation requirements for safety relief devices to provide theoretical and practical basis for formulating relevant Chinese standards and special technical requirements.
