基于声发射理论的安全阀气体内漏信号特征研究

【摘要】 基于声发射理论,研究安全阀气体内漏情况下的信号特征。设计搭建了安全阀内漏模拟试验台和安全阀内漏声发射信号检测系统,通过理论分析和试验研究的方法,模拟了安全阀密封面划伤、密封面出现单个漏孔、密封面出现多个漏孔等内漏情况,研究了这些情况下声发射信号的频谱特征,泄漏率对于声发射信号特征参数平均信号电平(ASL)的影响,以及泄漏率与平均信号电平之间的量化关系,为实现安全阀内漏在线监测奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of gas leakage signal of safety valve based on the theory of acoustic emission were studied. The simulation test-bed and acoustic emission signal detection system were designed and established. The internal leakages,such as scratching on the sealing surface of safety valve,single and multiple leakages on the sealing surface were simulated. The spectrum characteristics of AE signals under these conditions,influence of leakage rate on characteristic parameter of acoustic emission signal ASL,and the relationship between the gas volume leakage rate and the ASL of acoustic emission signal were studied,which lays a foundation for on-line monitoring of internal leakage of safety valve.
