【摘要】 目的:评估曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓在心绞痛治疗中的应用价值,以促进这一药物联用方案在心绞痛患者中的推广。方法:将本院2018年10月-2019年9月收治的125例心绞痛患者随机分成对照组(62例)、联合组(63例),对照组在常规治疗基础上进行曲美他嗪治疗,联合组在常规治疗基础上进行曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓治疗。观察两组疗效、心绞痛发作频率、生活质量及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组总有效率为98.41%,高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05);联合组心绞痛发作频率(0.51±0.22)次/周,生活质量评分(61.29±5.14)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率为1.59%,对照组不良反应发生率为3.23%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合地尔硫卓治疗心绞痛,可有效减轻患者痛苦,改善其生活质量,并满足心绞痛患者的治疗安全性要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application value of Trimetazidine combined with Diltiazem in the treatment of angina pectoris,so as to promote the promotion of this drug combination scheme in patients with angina pectoris.Method:A total of 125 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (62 cases) and the combination group (63 cases).The control group was treated with Trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment,and the combined group was treated with Trimetazidine and Diltiazem on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect,frequency of angina pectoris,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.41%,which was higher than 83.87% of the control group (P<0.05);the frequency of angina pectoris in the combined group was (0.51±0.22) times/week and the score of quality of life in the combined group was (61.29±5.14) points,which were better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 1.59%,and that in the control group was 3.23%,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with Diltiazem in the treatment of angina pectoris can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve their quality of life,and meet the treatment safety requirements of patients with angina pectoris.更多还原
