【摘要】 目的:观察斜向腰椎间融合术(OLIF)与经椎间孔入路腰椎间融合术(TLIF)治疗腰椎滑脱症的近期效果。方法:选取本院2019年1-7月收治的腰椎滑脱患者60例,采取随机数字法分成O组(30例)与T组(30例),O组实施OLIF,T组实施TLIF。对比两组围手术期指标及术前、术后1周、术后6个月视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、生活质量评分。结果:O组术中出血量少于T组,手术时间与住院时间均短于T组(P<0.05)。术前、术后6个月,两组VAS评分、ODI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1周,O组VAS评分、ODI低于T组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组世界卫生组织生存质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组WHOQOL-BREF评分明显升高,O组WHOQOL-BREF各项评分明显高于T组(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎滑脱症患者的治疗中,OLIF与TLIF均可以取得较好的治疗效果,但是以OLIF术治疗,可明显减轻患者术后短期的疼痛感及患者功能障碍,改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the short-term effects of oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019.They were divided into the group O (30 cases) and the group T (30 cases) by random number method.The group O underwent OLIF,and the group T underwent TLIF.The perioperative indexes,visual analogue scale (VAS) score before operation,1 week after operation and 6 months after operation,Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the group O was less than that in the group T,and the duration of operation and hospitalization in the group O were shorter than those in the group T (P<0.05).Before surgery and six months after surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in the VAS score and ODI between the two groups (P>0.05).One week after surgery,the VAS score and ODI in the group O were lower than those in the group T (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in World Health Organization quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF were significantly increased in both groups,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the group O were significantly higher than those in the group T (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis,the treatment with OLIF in TLIF can achieve better therapeutic effect,but the treatment with OLIF can significantly reduce the short-term postoperative pain and the dysfunction of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
