【摘要】 目的:对妊娠期高血压疾病产妇实施产后出血的护理效果进行研究。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年12月本院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病产妇84例,按照抽签的方法将其分为两组,对照组(n=42)和研究组(n=42)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施产后出血护理,对两组患者不同时间的出血量及护理满意度进行对比。结果:产后2 h,1、3 d时,研究组出血量明显少于对照组(t=10.391、11.935、11.125,P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为95.2%,明显高于对照组的73.8%(χ~2=4.935,P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期高血压疾病产妇实施出血护理可明显降低出血量,同时提高患者对护理的满意度,缓解护患关系,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of postpartum hemorrhage nursing in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method:Eighty-four pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of lottery,the control group (n=42) and the study group (n=42).The control group carried out routine nursing,the study group carried out postpartum hemorrhage nursing,the blood loss and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients at different times were compared.Result:At 2 h,1 d and 3 d postpartum,the blood loss in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t=10.391,11.935,11.125,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group 95.2%,were more higher than 73.8% in the control group (χ~2=4.935,P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum hemorrhage nursing of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing,and alleviate the nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
