【摘要】 目的:研究几丁糖关节腔注射结合手法治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的74例退行性膝骨关节炎的患者作为此次试验对象,均分为两组。对照组37例患者使用几丁糖关节腔注射进行治疗,试验组37例患者在对照组的基础上结合手法治疗,分别观察记录两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗前后疼痛评分和膝关节功能评分并进行比较。结果:试验组治疗有效率(91.89%)高于对照组(78.38%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗前两组疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组疼痛评分(1.92±0.03)分,低于对照组的(5.34±0.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗前两组膝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组膝关节功能评分(92.58±2.04)分,高于对照组的(76.58±2.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:几丁糖关节腔注射结合手法治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的临床效果明显,可有效提高患者的治疗有效率,同时降低患者的疼痛程度,经过治疗后患者的膝关节功能得到有效恢复,值得临床推广和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of joint cavity injection of Chitosan combined with manipulation in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 74 patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group (n=37) were treated by injection of Chitosan into the articular cavity,and the experimental group (n=37) was treated with manipulation on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency,pain score before and after treatment and knee function score of the two groups were observed and recorded respectively and compared.Result:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group (91.89%) was higher than that in the control group (78.38%),the difference was statistically significant (P=0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the pain score in the experimental group was (1.92±0.03) points,which was lower than (5.34±0.18) points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P=0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in knee joint function score between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the knee joint function score in the experimental group was (92.58±2.04) points,which was higher than (76.58±2.47) pointes in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P=0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis by injection of Chitosan into articular cavity combined with manipulation is obvious,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of the patients,reduce the pain level of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.更多还原
