【摘要】 目的:探讨分析重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对孤独症谱系障碍患儿睡眠障碍的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年10月-2019年10月收治的54例孤独症谱系障碍患儿,随机分为对照组(n=27)和研究组(n=27),两组患儿均接受感觉统合、智训与针灸治疗,在此基础之上给予研究组患儿rTMS,对两组患儿治疗效果进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为70.37%,高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗满意度为66.67%,高于对照组的48.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予孤独症谱系障碍患儿rTMS联合智训与针灸治疗和感觉统合治疗,可以有效改善患儿睡眠障碍,促进疾病恢复,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on sleep disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders.Method:A total of 54 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (n=27) and the study group (n=27).Both groups received sensory integration,intellectual training and acupuncture treatment.On this basis,the children in the study group were given rTMS.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the two groups was 70.37% in the study group,which was higher than 55.56% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 66.67%,which was higher than 48.15% the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rTMS treatment combined with intelligence training,acupuncture and sensory integration therapy can effectively improve sleep disorder and promote disease recovery in children with autism spectrum disorder,which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
