【摘要】 目的:观察脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能的治疗研究。方法:选取本院收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者,对照组采用康复训练治疗,试验组联合使用肌电生物反馈进行治疗。分析两组患者治疗前后各项临床指标水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者FMA-L评分、ADL评分、iEMG评分与FMA平衡功能评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者上述指标评分水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈联合康复训练措施能够有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢功能,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment of lower limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was treated with myoelectric biofeedback.The clinical indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FMA-L score,ADL score,iEMG score and FMA balance function score between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Myoelectric biofeedback combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lower limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
