【摘要】 目的:观察显微再植术在手指钝性离断伤治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年8月在笔者所在医院接受显微再植手术治疗的78例手指钝性离断伤患者的临床资料。观察手术效果、再植成功率及治疗满意度。结果:78例患者手术优良率为78.21%,再植成功率为97.44%,远端坏死率为0,术后感染率为2.56%;治疗总满意度为97.44%。结论:在手指钝性离断伤治疗中,显微再植术治疗的满意度高,手术效果好,再植成功率高,值得临床推广及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of microscopic replantation surgery in the treatment of blunt amputation injury of finger.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 78 patients with blunt amputation injury of finger who underwent microscopic replantation surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019.The effect of operation,success rate of replantation and treatment satisfaction were observed.Result:The excellent and good rate of operation of 78 patients was 78.21%,the success rate of replantation was 97.44%,the rate of distal necrosis was 0,and the postoperative infection rate was 2.56%,and the treatment satisfaction was 97.44%.Conclusion:In the treatment of blunt amputation injury of finger,the satisfaction of microscopic replantation surgery is high,the operation effect is good and the success rate of replantation is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
