【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后留置不同长度双J型输尿管支架管效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的80例行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例术后均留置F6/28 cm的双J管;观察组40例根据CT造影成像测得的输尿管长度放置不同长度的双J管,分别为输尿管长度+1 cm(A组,21例)及+2 cm(B组,19例)。术后3个月比较两组患者临床疗效、输尿管支架症状问卷USSQ评分(身体疼痛症状、泌尿系症状及总体健康)、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组中总体有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者USSQ评分高于对照组,且A组的USSQ评分明显优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为15.00%,明显低于对照组的27.50%,且A组的并发症发生率为9.52%,低于B组的21.05%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术留置+1 cm双J型输尿管支架管的患者疗效显著,术后患者身体恢较好,并发症少,值得进一步研究及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of different length of double J ureteral stent after holmium laser lithotripsy.Method:A total of 80 patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.In the control group,40 patients were left with F6/28 cm double J tube after operation.In the observation group,40 patients were placed with different length double J tube according to the length of ureter measured by CT angiography,with the ureter length + 1 cm (group A,21 cases) and +2 cm group B,19 cases).Three months after operation,the two groups were compared in clinical efficacy,USSQ score of ureteral stent symptoms questionnaire (physical pain symptoms,urinary symptoms and general health),and the occurrence of complications.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.50%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The USSQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the USSQ score of group A was significantly better than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.00%,which was significantly lower than 27.50% in the control group,and the incidence of complications in group A was 9.52%,which was lower than 21.05% in group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy+1 cm double J ureteral stent is significant.The patients’ body recovery is better and the complications are less.It is worth further study and promotion.更多还原
