【摘要】 目的:对比齐拉西酮和阿立哌唑对精神分裂症合并糖尿病伴高血压病患者的影响。方法:在2017年1月-2019年1月诊治的精神分裂症合并糖尿病伴高血压病患者当中随机抽取68例患者作为研究对象,对患者进行随机编号1～68,其中编号为奇数号的患者定为对照组,34例,采用齐拉西酮进行治疗,编号为偶数号的患者定为观察组,34例,采用阿立哌唑进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗的临床效果。结果:经过治疗,两组患者在BPRS、PSP、SDS及SAS评分方面比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组风险事件发生率分别为5.88%和20.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,两组血糖水平均有所降低,且观察组降低更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症合并糖尿病伴高血压病患者来说,采用阿立哌唑进行治疗,取得的治疗效果明显优于采用齐拉西酮治疗的患者,并且可以有效降低血糖水平,同时还可以有效降低患者的血压水平,而齐拉西酮降压力度比较差,有部分患者出现血压升高的情况,因此,阿立哌唑值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the effects of Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole on schizophrenia with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Method: From January 2017 to January 2019, 68 patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes mellitus and hypertension were randomly selected. The patients were randomly numbered 1-68. Among them, the odd numbered patients were selected as the control group of 34 cases and Ziprasidone was used to treat, 34 patients with even number as observation group and Aripiprazole was used to treat. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Result: After treatment, the scores of BPRS, PSP, SDS and SAS of the two groups were better than those of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: For schizophrenic patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension, Aripiprazole has a better therapeutic effect than Ziprasidone.
