【摘要】 目的:探讨肢体康复训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者的效果。方法:将88例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例,分别给予肢体康复训练及常规护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度为95.45%,显著高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(X~2=6.175,P<0.05);观察组护理后简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分为(62.09±4.29)分,显著高于对照组的(50.94±3.93)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.916,P<0.05);观察组护理后日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分为(64.65±4.92)分,显著高于对照组的(53.37±5.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.274,P<0.05)。结论:有效的肢体康复训练能够帮助脑梗死偏瘫患者快速、良好地恢复健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of limb rehabilitation training on patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 88 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group,and the limb rehabilitation training and routine nursing were given respectively.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 77.27% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X~2=6.175,P<0.05).After nursing,the simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score of the observation group was (62.09±4.29) points,which was higher than (50.94±3.93) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.916,P<0.05).After nursing,the activity of daily living (ADL) score of the observation group was (64.65±4.92) points,which was higher than (53.37±5.11) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.274,P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective limb rehabilitation training can help patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction recover quickly and well.更多还原
