【摘要】 目的观察注射用环磷腺苷葡胺联合美托洛尔治疗老年室性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月～2019年11月收治的80例室性心律失常老年患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组给予美托洛尔,观察组给予美托洛尔和注射用环磷腺苷葡胺。对比两组的治疗总有效率;比较两组治疗前后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、B型利钠肽(BNP)等水平;比较两组在治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率以及治疗后的LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的LVPWT、hs-CRP、BNP等水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗室性心律失常老年患者,可显著降低其炎性因子水平,改善心功能,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in the elderly.Methods 80 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to hospital from September 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given metoprolol,and the observation group were given metoprolol combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection.And then,the total effective rates,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP) and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) before and after treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the LVEF after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVPWT,hs-CRP and BNP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate injection combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia can significantly reduce their inflammatory factor levels,improve cardiac function and curative effect.更多还原
