【摘要】 《县级医疗机构药品处方集》是对国家发布的《中国国家处方集》结合地方实际情况向县域医疗机构的下沉,目的是促进规范化合理用药体系的构成,提高县级医疗机构的合理用药水平。本文对制定和修订《县级医疗机构药品处方集》的方法和程序进行规范,确立了处方集基本原则、疾病收录原则及药品遴选原则,确定了编写标准程序,包括组建制修订工作组、制定《编制说明》、召开专题培训及证据检索与评价等环节,以保障制定/修订流程标准化,内容具有专业性、可信性和适用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Drug Formulary of County Medical Institutions is the subsidence of The National Drug Formulary based on the actual local conditions,with the purpose of promoting the formation of a standardized rational drug use system and improving the level of rational drug use in county medical institutions.In this article,the methods and procedures of formulating and revising The Drug Formulary of County Medical Institutions are standardized to ensure its quality.The basic principles of the Drug Formulating and the diseases inclusion/exclusion criteria are established.Moreover,the revision procedure is standardized,including organizing editorial board,formulating writing statement,arranging special trainings,evidence retrieval and evaluation.Collectively,our work,with standard formulating and revising procedures,guarantee the profession,credibility and applicability of the Drug Formulary.更多还原
