肩袖损伤的超声诊断应用进展

【摘要】 肩袖损伤是引起肩部疼痛和运动功能障碍的最常见原因,目前临床主要诊断方法有高频超声、磁共振及关节镜检查。磁共振软组织分辨率及诊断准确性均较高,但其检查时间长、费用昂贵且有一定禁忌。关节镜检查被视为金标准诊断方法,但其为有创检查,一般多在镜下手术时才同步诊断。而高频超声检查方便快捷,并可实时动态显像,同样软组织分辨率较高,近年来许多临床研究证实其在肩袖损伤中的诊断价值。

【Abstract】 Rotator cuff injuries are the most common cause of shoulder pain and motor dysfunction. At present, the main clinical diagnostic methods are high frequency ultrasound, magnetic resonance image and arthroscopy. Magnetic resonance image has quite perfect resolution and diagnostic accuracy, but it is time-consuming, expensive. Arthroscopic examination is regarded as a golden standard diagnostic method, but it is invasive, only during the endoscopic surgery can it give the synchronous diagnosis. High-frequency ultrasound is convenient and rapid, and can achieve real-time dynamic imaging with high resolution. In recent years, many clinical studies have confirmed its diagnostic value in rotator cuff injuries.
