【摘要】 目的探讨王不留行籽耳穴贴压对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及血清炎症指标的影响。方法选取经腹腔镜手术的胃癌患者168例,将其分成对照组和观察组各84例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予王不留行籽耳穴贴压治疗,比较两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间的情况及术后1周血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-a指标变化的不同。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间明显短于对照组,术后1周血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-a指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论王不留行籽耳穴贴压法可以有效促进胃癌术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,同时减少炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Semen Vaccariae auricular points sticking on gastrointestinal function recovery and serum inflammatory indicators in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 168 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, with 84 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group received Semen Vaccariae auricular points sticking based on the treatment for the control group. The recovery time of bowel sounds, first anal exsufflation time, first defecation time, the changes of serum CRP, IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-a in 1 week after operation were compared between two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, first anal exsufflation time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The serum CRP, IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-a in 1 week after operation were lower than those of the control group.These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Semen Vaccariae auricular points sticking can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce inflammatory reaction in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
