【Abstract】 According to the understanding and practice of the Party’s orders, this paper, closely linked with China’s national conditions, characteristics of disasters and accidents, and the responsibilities and missions of rescue teams in the new era, systematically expounds why to build a national comprehensive fire and rescue team, what kind of team should be built, and how to build it. Based on the actual situation of the national training base, the paper advocates the combination of the spirit of the Party’s orders with measures to improve the capability of a comprehensive fire and rescue team, which is of guiding significance to enhance the ideological, organizational, work-style and capacity construction in the new era, and promoting the combat effectiveness of the rescue team.更多还原
