眼部良恶性肿瘤采用高频、彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床分析
Clinical Analysis of High-frequency and Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Tumors of the Eye
【摘要】 目的:探讨眼部良恶性肿瘤采用高频、彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果。方法:选取眼部肿块患者54例,均为其实施彩色多普勒超声检查,以手术病理结果作为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声诊断眼部良恶性肿瘤的效果。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断眼部良恶性肿瘤的特异度为78.78%,灵敏度为85.71%,准确度为81.48%;彩色多普勒超声对恶性肿瘤Ⅱ-Ⅲ级血流检出率高于良性肿瘤Ⅰ-Ⅲ级血流检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼部良恶性肿瘤采用高频、彩色多普勒超声诊断的效果显著,可为手术范围确定以及化疗方案制定提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the eye. Methods: A total of 54 patients with ocular masses underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The surgical pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the eye. Results: The specificity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the eye was 78.78%, the sensitivity was 85.71%, and the accuracy was 81.48%;color doppler flow imaging in malignant tumor Ⅱ-Ⅲ level blood flow detection rate higher than that of benign tumor Ⅰ-Ⅲ level blood flow detection, statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the eye with high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound is significant, which can provide reference for the determination of the scope of surgery and the formulation of chemotherapy.
