【摘要】 目的:设计一种便捷的医保慢病患者线上续方的互联网服务模式。方法:通过对接医保电子凭证,实现患者医保身份识别、在线处方审核;对接医保平台,实现在线结算、线上处方流转;药店和物流与医保平台对接实现处方接单和药品配送到家;通过融合互联网线上诊室与院内医生工作站系统,建立针对慢病续方的一体化线上诊疗服务模式。结果及结论:优化了医保患者互联网续方流程,简化了医患操作环节,提高了医生线上接诊效率,实现了医院对线上线下诊疗行为的统一监管,降低了患者线下就医交叉感染的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Design a convenient Internet service mode for online continuation of chronic disease patients in medical insurance.
