【摘要】 目的:分析互联网联合翻转课堂护士培训模式在低年资护士培训中的应用及对护士学习态度、培训质量及满意情况的影响。方法:选取2016年11月至2018年12月广西梧州市人民医院的低年资护士86例,采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组应用传统模式进行培训,研究组应用互联网联合翻转课堂进行培训。观察比较两组培训前、培训后的学习态度;两组对培训教育的满意情况;观察比较两组的培训质量。结果:培训前,两组学习态度评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),培训后,研究组培训态度指标评估得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对各项指标的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组沟通能力、知识储备、学习态度、动手能力、服务意识培训质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对低年资护士进行培训的过程中,应用互联网联合翻转课堂进行培训,可提高护士的学习态度及对培训教育的满意程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of Internet combined flipped classroom nurse training model in the training of junior nurses and its influence on the learning attitude, training quality and satisfaction of nurses. Methods: 86 cases of junior nurses in our hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by numerical table. The control group was trained by traditional mode, and the research group was trained by Internet combined flipped classroom. Observe and compare the learning attitude of the two groups before and after training; Satisfaction with training and education of the two groups; The training quality of the two groups was observed and compared. Results: Before the training, there was no significant difference in the scores of learning attitude between the two groups(P>0.05), and after the training, the scores of training attitude indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The training quality of communication ability, knowledge reserve, learning attitude, hands-on ability and service awareness in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of training junior nurses, the application of Internet combined with flipped classroom training can significantly improve nurses’ learning attitude and satisfaction degree of training and education.更多还原
