水性聚氨酯涂层复合织物用防霉剂

【摘要】 介绍了环保型水溶性复合防霉剂的研制及应用方法。通过最低抑菌浓度法测试分析了实验用霉菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),优化了以双季铵盐为主要成分的复合防霉剂配方。应用浸轧法和干法涂层加工的水性聚氨酯涂层织物具有防霉功能,其防霉等级可达到2级以上,避免了产品的强力和色牢度等理化性能指标受霉菌影响而下降,延长其使用寿命。

【Abstract】 The development and application methods of environmental friendly water-soluble compound fungicide are introduced. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) method is used to test and analyze MIC of experimental mold, and the optimal formula of compound mildew inhibitor is determined. The waterborne polyurethane coated composite fabric with mildew resistance is produced by dip-rolling and dry-coating methods. The mildew proof grade of the composite fabric can reach Grade 2 or above. The strength and color fastness of the composite fabric are no longer affected by mildew, and the service life of the composite fabric is prolonged.
