氯化钙/甲醇法分离回收涤纶/蚕丝废旧织物中的涤纶
Recovery of polyester fiber from waste polyester-silk blended fabric by calcium chloride/methanol solution dissolution and separation method
【摘要】 采用氯化钙/甲醇溶液体系溶解废旧涤丝等含丝混纺织物中的蚕丝纤维,并回收涤纶等剩余纤维。通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化工艺条件为:甲醇质量分数75%,氯化钙浓度3.5 mol/L,反应温度90℃,固液比1∶300。通过红外光谱分析发现,氯化钙/甲醇溶液对涤纶纤维、羊毛纤维、棉纤维、黏胶纤维、腈纶纤维和麻纤维没有影响,而蚕丝纤维被完全溶解。
【Abstract】 The calcium chloride/methanol solution system is used to dissolve the silk fiber in waste polyester-silk blended fabric, and the remaining fibers such as polyester are recovered. Through single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimum process conditions are as follows: methanol 75%, calcium chloride 3.5 mol/L, reaction temperature 90 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶300. It is found that the solution of calcium chloride/methanol has no effect on polyester fiber, wool fiber, cotton fiber, viscose fiber, acrylic fiber and hemp fiber, but silk fiber is completely dissolved.
